So I’m done freaking out about being far from home- I already do that by going to college 6 hours away from home. What I realized was that I’ve never been on a car trip that was this long before, which is giving me LOTS of waiting/anticipation time before getting there. Living alone in a new place will be hard at first but I’m sure I’ll meet people.

[Also, my boyfriend is amazing for making me realize this and for making me feel better about everything.]

After 17 hours of driving and 7.5 more to go, I’m starting to get nervous at how far away I’m going to be from everyone I know. I had no idea how much driving this was going to be…25 hours doesn’t sound like a lot on paper really. I just want someone to tell me that I made the right decision to do this internship. :/
